What payments do you accept?
When will I be charged?
Payment will be taken immediately and you will receive an email confirming that your order has been successful.
My order failed, but I was still charged.
Don’t worry! This is only a temporary authorization. It will fall off of your card within 24 hours.
My payment has been declined and my order failed.
We are very sorry to hear this. Your card issuer may have declined your payment – as they don’t tell us the reason for this, it’s best to check with them. Always double check your billing address / zip code and make sure the CVV (the number on the back of your card) is correct.
I received an incorrect item.
First, we are very sorry. We want to sort out any issues with incorrect items straightaway. Please download the form above. It will fully explain our easy return/exchange process. We promise to make it right!
Can I change my order?
We are unable to change any part of your order or change the delivery or payment method once your order is complete. We do want to help though. Contact us using the form above and we’ll guide you through our return process.

What is your return/refund policy?
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned
item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
